30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on PFL memberships. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Your 7-day free trial

New members receive a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time during the trial from your account or via paddle.net and you will not be billed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used to purchase, or
2. Email us at hello@pfldiet.com and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing — you keep full access until the end of your current billing period.
