The Ultimate F&P 'Full English' Breakfast
Enjoy all the satisfaction of a classic Full English breakfast, cleverly redesigned for the F&P diet. This hearty plate features lean protein, roasted vegetables, and a brilliant cauliflower-flax hash brown, giving you all the flavour and none of the carb-coma.

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Squeeze any excess moisture from the grated cauliflower. Mix it in a bowl with the flaxseed, half a beaten egg (from another egg, or use 1 small egg), salt, and pepper. Form into a patty.

Place the sausages and the cauliflower patty on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with a little oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping both halfway through.

With 10 minutes of baking time left, add the bacon medallions and mushrooms to the tray.

While everything bakes, poach the two eggs. Bring a pan of water to a gentle simmer, create a whirlpool, and crack the eggs into the centre. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set.

Once everything is cooked, assemble your plate.

Arrange the sausages, bacon, mushrooms, and cauliflower hash brown. Carefully place the poached eggs on top and season with black pepper.
